  • Order Handling: All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday to Saturday) before being handed over to the shipping carrier.
  • Shipping Time: Once dispatched, most packages arrive within 7–14 business days, depending on the delivery address and carrier availability.
  • Estimated Delivery Window: You can expect your order to arrive within 10–19 business days, combining both processing and transit times.
  • Shipping Fees: We apply a flat-rate shipping charge on all domestic orders. Additionally, orders over $100 qualify for free shipping.
  • Carriers We Use: Deliveries are made through reputable services including USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, and other regional couriers to ensure reliable and timely arrival.

Note:
Deliveries to military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO) may be restricted or unavailable. Certain orders may require extra processing time due to item size, destination, or other factors. Large or bulk orders cannot be shipped to PO Box addresses and are excluded from free shipping promotions.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number and link to follow its progress.
Please allow up to 5 to 7 business days for the tracking status to be updated by the carrier. If your tracking shows no movement, the parcel might still be in the early stages of transit or awaiting carrier scan.

Incorrect Shipping Address

  • To ensure successful delivery, please double-check that your shipping address is complete and correct when placing your order.
  • Jersyfy is not responsible for packages sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
  • If you request an address change or forwarding through the carrier after the package has left our warehouse, we cannot be held liable for any delays, loss, or failed deliveries.
